I have a 99 F150 with the 4.6. Out of nowhere all my instrument lights stopped working. I checked the fuse at it's still good. At the same time the instrument lights quit, my DRL's began to stay on. This only happens when I turn my headlights on, and try to turn them off, and the only way to get them to turn off is to disconnect the battery. If anyone has any idea as to what could be wrong, it would be greatly appreciated.
