Front end "Whooping" sound.

Front end "Whooping" sound.
I have an 01' Supercrew 4X4 Lariat 5.4 with 45K on it.
I have noticed a "Whooping" sound when I take off from any where.
The sound speeds up on take off and slows down when coming to a stop.
When I touch the brakes or apply them to stop the sound stops.
Any Ideas?
Dragging or rubbing brake pad against the rotor?
New brakes all the way around with rotors at 42K.
