I went to the Ford dealership to look for new bearings for my truck. They said they were only available with the hub... quite expensive, even on some of the aftermarket websites. I don't know if I believe this. Do I need a new hub or do the bearings come aftermarket and I can just change the bearings.

4X4 - Bearing/hub/abs sensor/ come together as a unit
4X2 - bearing only

You may be able to find the bearing only, but I'm sure it comes as a unit for a reason.
(you don't need to post a VIN for a question like this, and I wouldn't post a VIN at all)
