v-10 headers

Anyone install headers on a v-10? Any horsepower gains? torque? fuel mileage? What about replacing the y-pipe?

ebay has a set for $240 (Item number: 260383035646) and of course otheres that cost as much as $700, and there is also a y-pipe replacement piece (Item number: 220391318815) that replaces the restrictive part of the factory y-pipe

Seems like the Banks kit might be worth it. They advertise more of a gain, plus the whole system is tuned to work with the headers and such. Those ebay headers are tempting though.
