quick question
i have a 2000 f250 and was wondering how to make this work. i wanna add the aux uplifter switches and the electronic brake controller like u would find in say a 2006 or 07 f250. their is a truck at a local pick and pull that has all of it in their and was thinking bout getting it but the question is will it fit and how to hook it up to my truck. if i cant where can i find these items for my truck

You'll have to run some of your own wires, but you'll need at least the switches, brake controller, and lower dash panel out of the later model truck to put in yours. I haven't seen the back of the factory brake box, but if it's part of the tow command system, there will be some extra wires you can't use.

I may be wrong but the tow command system is tied into the truck's brake system and PCM. I'm not sure if that's a do-able mod for our older trucks. You might have to stay with an aftermarket trailer brake module.

well maby not the brake controller mine went out and i thought that would look trick. but what bout the uplifter switches. if i get em out of that truck how do i wire them up. and where could i order the switches from if i dont take that route
