zf5 speed question
I have a 1993 f-250 7.5L 4x4 with an e4od and I am thinking about swapping to a manual ZF5 speed. My question is I found a 2wd ZF tranny and I know on some auto tranny's you can remove the rear nose cone looking thing and bolt a transfer case up to them. Can this be done to a 2wd ZF5? Thanks in advance.

Nope!
Well it can but you don't want to ... There is no rear cone, it is the back half of the case and it's a rear loaded trans.
You'll need to find a ZF out of a Diesel 4x4 ... Good luck, they are hard to come buy and pricey!

Will the ZF5 speed bolt up to an NP203 with or with out an adapter plate. Or will i need to divorce them. What about a NV4500. Cuz i want to put a 5speed and np203/205 doubbler kit in my 85' f250 460.
