Will a chip help with fuel milage and power or kill it? If it will help what one will work best on my 06 250 stroker?

1) depends on how you drive and what tune you use
2) yes, increase in power again depends on what tune you use
3) which one works best? chevy, vs ford, vs dodge

do some research and pick the one you like best.

Hands down best for the 6.0 sct xcal2/3. Custom tunes for what you do trans tuning..... Why get other tuners that are one size fits all.
