Break in

Just wondering what the recomended break in period for my 02 Lightning should be. I have 400 miles on it now, the dealer recomended to vary the speed for the first 500 miles. Should I be doing any thing else?

Break in

Don't rev high or idle for long periods of time (ie, heavy traffic). Don't overly worry, break-in isn't as critical with modern engines as it was 20 years ago.
