changing speedo drive gear
i have 83 f250 4x4 with auto trans and borg warner 1345 tcase. i need to change the speedo drive gear. this case has no removable tail shaft cover. does anyone know if i can replace gear by removing the yoke and rear seal, or does the case have to come apart?:-X12

changing speedo drive gear
My NP-208 can be changed just by pulling the yoke, so I'd GUESS yours can, too.
