Brake wear indicator

My 75 F-100 has drums all around yesterday I started to hear a squeeke that sounds like the wear indicator on disk brakes. Do drums also have these or do I have anew noise to locate?

No wear indicator on drum brakes. What you hear could be the rivets getting into the drums.
