nothing like a little Humiliation to go with your Bologna!I think that when a person commits a crime they should 'feel' the punishment instead just spending some time in a place that has games, TV, wonderful meals, a warm dry place to sleep, exercise equipment, and all the other things mentioned on this thread. Then after they do two thirds of their time they should be sent to rehab centers since it seems that a lot of the prisons aren't actually rehabing. Case in point.... A house painter I hired killed someone with his vehicle one night while driving under the influence. So he gets three years in jail and the only rehab he got was that it was required that he go to AA when he got out. Well, he went, but laughed at the proceedings and went right back to drinking. The victim is DEAD and the person who caused it didn't learn a thing from his actions, or the punishment.

I think Sheriff Joe Arpiao is the solution to the dems big question of what to do with the terrorists at getmo. The guys at getmo that hate us so much and think were weak. Let them spend some time in an American jail. They will not have a good time, in no time they be begging for the miltary system again and will do and tell anything we want. You think child molesters have a hard time in jail, how about a torrorist.

Well you better let the guys in charge in on the secret. None of them know which ones are guilty, if any.
Ever hear of the "presumption of innocence" or "until PROVEN guilty" ?????

The rights of due process, and a presumption of innocence are rights of American citizens, guaranteed us under our Constitution and republican form of goverment. They are not, should not, and can not be applied to a war or any foreign enemy of our free republic.
No other country on this earth through the history of mankind has ever fought a fairer war, with more due process for it's enemies. For you to disparage the US and our kind treatment of our enemies shows a hatred for your country, a great misunderstanding of the world, and an ungreatfulness for your freedoms and those that gave and maintain them for you.
