More details would be nice.
Does it matter what gear you are in? Does it do it when your on the gas you just can't hear it? Buzzing as in vibrating? Does it do it every time or is it sparatic?

Buzzing sound, can you be more specific? A sharp chop off of the throttle with boost will cause what most guys refer to as turbo fart. The VGT has no waste gate so the boost will exit through the intake, sounds like a huffing noise.

is it a buzzing or a whistling. is this your first powerstroke? if its whistling then its normal and you'll start to love it. if it doesnt have it now wait until you hear what it sounds like with exhaust and an intake. they say AFE stage 2 is probably the best for the 6.0 other then stock of course.
