You're looking for the forum right above this one.

The one that says 2003-2007 6.0L PowerStroke Diesel

This section here is for the 7.3 PowerStroke.

Good luck getting your problem fixed though.

Welcome to FTE. Do you have a check engine light? You're problem sounds like either glow plugs, or the glow plug control module. The 05 should give you a fault code that tells you which glow plug or module is bad.

pull your egr valve out and look for liquid in the intake.if you see what appears to be oily water in there your egr cooler is leaking.

Had the same problem with my 06. Sounds exactly like the turbo seal went and is seeping oil into the exhaust side of the turbo. Mine would smoke on start up until the temp gauge would start to climb. When i pulled away there was a good amount of smoke then it would mostly dissapear. No engine light or power loss, i would bring it to the dealer and have them check it then do it cause it's under warranty still. Good luck and let me know how you make out.

It's the seal inside the turbo centersection thats around the impeller shaft. Pull your exhaust pipe off at the turbo and see if there's oil laying in the exhaust side of your turbo
