Hey guys im sure this is something you can educate me on. My window on my 01' Expo makes a horrible noise like a loud grrrrr. Its been doing it for about 2years now and just now getting around to asking. Does it need some lube or something? The window goes up and down fine.

 

Is it the window or the motor/mechanisms in the door causing the noise. Sometimes the molding along the window dries out and squeals and groans against it as it slides up and down. Silicone dry lube works well.
