This is the second one in two weeks.

This is a great example of what a single idiot with a shotgun can do to help ruin things for responsible shooters.
The ever opportunistic press also makes certain to mention that the birds now have lead poisoning, as if that makes a difference to the crime.

I have seen one of these magnificent creatures. It will be one of those moments that I will remember all my life. The landfill is just over the ridge from the condor sanctuary and we occasionally are priviledged to see one. I even inked it in my bird book.

Those damn birds cost me a lot of money! Solid copper rounds to go hunt in the LPNF, you gotta be kiddin me! I even have to buy copper rounds for my .40 S&W when I carry it with me. $50 to $60 for a box of .223 or 30.06 to go shoot coyotes is a joke.
I understand they are endangered but this whole lead in the Gutpiles making them sick is a bunch of bull. I agree no one should be shooting them, that obviously does not help anything. Just like when someone goes and shoots up a school then I must be evil or crazy as well for having an AR-15.
