frames done!!! cab mocked up...with pics...

just set her on the frame to get an idea of were things are at..





and i started skinning the floors of the cab...


so much work to do yet. so little time and money!!

oh well...back to the garage...

s10 frame ( back of cab forward.) 2x4 square outback. 5'' channel...

it looks super low now but the pic with the big tire in it, thats close to the size of tire i'm running in back...and the cab dosn't have any body mounts. So once everything is said and done the running boards should be on the ground air'd out

the tire in the pic is a 285/35/20 it was the closest thing we had in the scrap pile at work for mock up...id like to run somthing wider out back, say 335 ish...and yes (i hope) it will all tuck....well see, so far things are going to plan...but thanx for the support!!!
and yes Thepitshop...im heading back to the cave, cuz now the fun starts...blow it all apart finish weld everything clean it all up and start body work

well i did what ThePitShop told me to do and got busy.... floors are welded in and the frame is down to just the rails. I also made some filler plates to blend the old frame to the new...
