Lawn Tractor attatchment HELP!!!

Lawn Tractor attatchment HELP!!!
I'm trying to find a snowblower attatchment for a Craftsman Lawn Tractor(for my friend). The S# for the tractor is..917.275970... it's an '03 5000 series.
The snowblower attatchment Part # is 24846.
Sears says it's "no longer available" and I agree from searching the Sears/Craftsman site.
I'm asking if I can rally you all to WEB the hell out of this for me.
I found 1 in the Sears in Albany....$1300(jerkin' me because it's discontinued).
I know it can be found for less. I just don't know where to look. Used is an option.
Any help....greatly appreciated guys.

Well, I Googled and searched everywhere else I could think of and couldn't find anything else Carl. I hope one of those will help. If I find anything else I'll let you know.

Well guys.....I got my neighbor over here yesterday as soon as he got dressed(9am), showed him the used snow thrower ..he flips out!! Gets on my phone to the guy in Hammond...Color drains out of him FAST. The guy sold it 2 1/2hrs before John posted it.
Jim was on the verge of tears.....it is an awesome lawn tractor though.
The engine sounds like a 750 Yamaha.
Long time before winter..and Jim said thanks for your efforts!! From me too 'cause he was going to do my driveway and paths to my Propane tanks if I find him one under $500. That would've made my winters more tolerable.
