Is that a picture of your dad with the 51 and the picture of your 52 when you started?
(you knew they were different years right?)

yup thats my dad and you know i thought they were the same year but you are right 
now that i figured out how to post pics i am going to post fender pics and assembly pics this summer she gets assembled and painted good LORD willing
