Wtf!!!!!
I have an 04 F150 5.4 and now twice i have had the cam phasers replaced. First was at 8,000 miles, and now AGAIN at 62,000 miles. If this is something that is common I will have to say good bye to Ford. I really dont wont to do that. I have been a Ford man since I was liitle. I have seen alot of posts by other members with cam phaser problems. when is Ford going to step up and realize that there is a (costly)problem. I have a feeling this will not be the last time they will be repalced!!

the ones on my '05 are a little loud, but I was told it won't hurt anything so I'm going to leave them alone. The new trucks are alot quieter, my wifes '07 hardly makes any noise, just the usual injector tick, but even thats not very noticable.
