overnight shipping

Ordered the Edge tuner yesterday at 2:00 central time said overnight shipping has not been shipped is this common for autoanythimg.com or do I need to contact them?

Either you didnt make the cut off time or your area doesnt have over night and has 2nd day . Verizon tells me the same thing but the shipper doesnt offer over night to my area only 2nd day

ggwash put it good..... sound like you miss the cut for that day.....and then, of course when it does ship. it wont turn up online that instant... it takes a little time.

where i live in alaska, they simply do not offer overnight shipping..... everything gets at least an extra day added to it, but yet the shippers (fedex/ups) certainly charge me for the overnight or 2nd day rates. kinda screwed up how i can mail something from new york to california (approx 2500 miles) faster and cheaper than something from washington state to ketchikan alaska (approx 700 miles).

thats why i always try to use the good old USPS.
