1979 Ford 150

Just purchased small 1983 Rockwood pop-up camper.
Size is about 6 feet by 9 feet folded up and on the road and about 1000 lbs.
Need tow hitch for my 79 ford 150- with 302 and 3 speed trans.
Any out there, or any suggestions??

You don't really need a tow hitch but IF you really want one ;-), we've had a good time with Hitchmaster.

Go to your local RV supply dealer or auto parts store and ask for a Class III hitch. They are around $200. They are pretty easy to install yourself. All you need is a drill and some 'C' clamps to hold it while you mark the holes. Wear eye protection because metal shavings will land on your face.
