Help finding input shaft yoke
I twisted the input shaft u-joint apart in the middle of a snowdrift Sunday afternoon. It tore up the input shaft yoke and I am having a hard time finding a new one. Parts stores don't have it, dealer says probably discontinued, but wasn't sure about the part number as I don't know what transfer case I have. The data plate is unreadable. The nut to take off the input shaft is 1 5/16", I don't have a socket that big so it is not yet off.
The truck is a 73 F-250. 360, 4 on the floor, 4x4.
1. Help me figure out what transfer it is.
2. Help me find where to buy this shaft.
