lowering 2wd

what is the best-a set of lowering springs or I beams?I am looking into the springs but dont want to be stuck.

djm , lowering springs wont work without camber change , have to have beams bent , I cut 2 coils and had beams bent . I used new springs from autozone .

I'm gonna drop the helper spring out the back, and cut 1/4 to 1/2 a coil on the front, and not bend the I beam. That won't drop it much, but it won't screw anything up too bad either.
