Aight, what your gonna have to do is remove your 203, cross member, driveshafts and transmission out of the F-150. The output shaft on the transmision of the F-150 will be too short. they do not make an adapter for this so you will either need a new output shaft, or you will need to use the transmision out of the F-250. Switching out put shafts will probably cost around $200 to have it done profesionaly.
Also driveshafts are gonna be a problem. I think you can switch the yokes around to make your front driveshaft work, but the rear will be hard. You will need to find one at a junk yard, or try to make one by switching out the rear yokes.
I am using the tranny and transfer from the 250, I have the front and rear driveshafts from the 250, is the yoke you are talking about the one on the rear of the tcase or the rearend?
yeah because the yoke for the 9 inch axle is a different size, but your 203 drive shaft will be to short, i do not know how to do it though, the driveshaft has to be perfectly centered or else you will wear out the bearings in your rear end and transfercase.
take the two t-cases and build a 203/205 doubler... itll have a 1:1 high range and a bunch of ranges in between, down to a 6.6:1 crawling range (i think).
