Programmer and Warranty

I have a 08 w/6.4. I am wondering if I do the dpf delete, if I have problems with the engine later, if I take the programmer and pipe out before I take it in for service if there is any way that Ford would know if it was ever programmed or if it had the dpf removed so they could void warranty.

Here is the short answer. If Ford digs deep enough they can find it.
