Hollywood. Special Effects and Make-up.
The ultimate bottom line is this. . . . .
Make-up and a hairstylist may make those ladies look good in public, but, there's nothing that's going to make them look good 'on the inside' if they didn't have it when they were born.
With that said, my wife may not be the most gorgeous looking woman on this planet, but, she sure turns ME on!!!!!!!!
(Heck. . . I'm no 'grand prize winner', myself!)
However. . .we did make some beautiful children, together!

And, a good photographer can make anyone look good, or bad. Those "bad" photos were all poorly lit and grainy. If you don't believe it, look in your own wallet.

Hell Im always ready to go. Well unless I need a shower...but I cannot see spending time putting on tons of make up etc. I choose to go out as me. The more time it takes getting ready means less time on date, at barn, at feed store, tractor supply, bass pro shops, harbor freight tools (god I love that store)
I am happily married now, but where the heck were you when I was single and looking Melissa?!

My dear departed dad used to say that "make-up makes a woman." How true.
My wife is good looking but when she tastesfully applies her make-up? Look out!!!
But all looks aside, my wife is a beautiful person on the inside and that's all that matters.

Jaime Lee Curtis did a photo shoot in her underwear(And Crew) a few years ago. The TRUE look of her still makes me smile! When she did True Lies, They did a LOT of airbrushing of the film. Still think she's good lookin'! BTW,,,, Several years ago, several Hollywood Moms got their photos made of them WITHOUT make up along side with their Hollywood photos with them,,,, Mary Kay works wonders!

My wife watched her on that 'reality show' about America's Most Beautiful something or another, a few months ago.
Scared the living crap outta me!!!!!
Her plastic surgeon must've been the same guy that did Jack Nicholson's (The Joker) face, in "Batman"!!!

Now I am all for a pretty woman, and a woman that is pretty with out all the work is even better yet. Alas, they cant all be a HB or NHHottie. Moose looks like a truly beautiful woman, and she is fortunate, amazingly enough she doesnt have the stereotypical beautiful woman attitude. Which makes her hotter yet. Yes i do truly believe makeup is a terrible thing, it has the ability to make an ugly woman pretty, and if missused makes a pretty woman ugly. I am all for truth in advertising. Just for the record i dont mind saying that i have seen the before and after of eva longoria, it must be hell to go to bed with that and then wake up to a genuine coyote ugly moment. Isnt there some kind of permanent airbrush thing they can do for her? As for anything else, i fall back on mamas old saying..... if you dont have anything nice to say..... Dan
