4r100 solenoid replacement

i just ordered a new pwm solenoid pack. is this easy to replace or pretty strait forward, drop pan drop unbolt old solenoid bolt up new solenoid?

is that easy.get a inch pound torque wrench and a t-27 torqus bit

thanks for the relief. i have both what are the torque spec on the bolts?

copy 100 inch lbs, hopefully this will fix my lockup problems. the ocassional won't unlock condition or pulsing while driving condition. allready did the convertor. what else is in the trans that could cause lockup and pulsing conditions.btw i have always did annual or every 2 years fluid changes with filter and converter.
