460 crossover port
Exhaust port heads to intake ?? I used a tin blockoff plate and Fel-pro intake gaskets on Edelbrock performer rpm intake the engine ran great for about 2 - 3 months the all the sudden decided to somehow suck the block plate into # 2 cylinder any ideas ??

It was for blocking the EGR off,,, right.
Maybe it melted, came loose once it reduced some in size & then fell through the exhaust valve while it was open when the engine wasnt running, just a guess. For it to get sucked up & through the intake back into the cylinder, it would somehow need to get reduced in size a bunch for it to go through the EGR valve or plate.
What did you make it out of.
