I have a 1999 250 superduty 7.3 with E4OD. Very little forward movement in drive will move in low (1st) has solid reverse, I did find a large hair ball of crap on the magnet in the tranny pan, cleaned it when i bought it 4 years ago changed fluid and filter ran fine. then with no warrning almost no forward gears, I dont know the history of the tranny, bought the truck it had 150,000 now it has 207,000 since then I have continued maint. on a timely basis. I can do alot of the work myself I just lack experience, and looking for cost efective alternitves.
