Depressurize the fuel system. Open schrader valve.
Remove fuel rail retaining bolts. Gently pull up on the fuel rail and wiggle the injectors at the same time. Try to keep them in the fuel rail if possible. Once they are loose, twist and wiggle the bad one out of the fuel rail.
Put a little white lithium grease on the o-rings before reversing procedure and reinstalling them.
