I had some 59-60 cab mount bushings made that fit on the rear of the cab. These are bigger in diameter than the 2WD. They are now available at restoration specialities 814-467-9842 and I'd talk with Jeff who made them for me. The are $10 each. You'll need two. You can buy a 2Wd kit anywhere than just use the 4x4 cab mounts for the back.
