What is this?

I found these plastic like plugs wedged between the steering box and frame. I have a 2005 F350 V10 CC SRW SWB 4x4, any ideas as to what they are and where they fit on the truck? thanks!

they are just dirt plugs from the steering box,they stick them in the line holes to keep dirt out of steering box,nothing you need just throw them in the trash

I guess that's one way to reduce "landfill" volume coming out of the factory - leave the discarded plugs in the vehicle!
