Every now and then when I get off the freeway and shift out of OD the trans will rev up to about 2400 rpm then shift really hard, the od light on the shifter flashes. It usually goes back to normal on its own within a few min, otherwise I can shut it off and re-start it and its usually fine. its an e4od trans with 226,000 miles on it, any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks
