Remote programing help

Remote programing help

Hi guys.

I just bought 97 F350. I have remote for it but I dont know how to program it. Can anybody help me with it?

What? You mean you have a programmer right? If so you plug in to the OBDII port on the passenger side bottom of the dash and they are usually pretty self explainitory. They will give you options of what you want to do ex/ program, read codes, live data, etc. For programming you would then choose what level, and just do what it says. As for the values (how much power it would reprogram it for we'd need to know what kind of a programmer, its details ex. model#) that and after you tell us that Im sure somebody can tell you the exact details of it.

I thought he meant he had a remote door lock thingy, didn't think the OBS style had them?? I know they can be retrofitted but didn't come stock....

yea I ment keyless entry remote. Sorry for that And thanks for link I will check it out
