Any Suggestions????

Just took my truck to Ford today for the famous coolant leak. they told me it was blown head gaskets. Big surprise huh. There fixing it under warranty and also agree to put ARP head studs in if I purchase them which I already have. I already have a suncoast racing tranny installed. I love running the Spartan tunes in it. Is there anyother real weak point on this engine that I should be worried about or is everything else pretty reliable? Any other mods I should looking at doing. I've heard some talk about EGR.

Not just some, but "everyone" talks about EGR cooler. That is one of the weakest point of these trucks. Use the search, I'm sure you'll find all the information you need.

Yea...delete the EGR now since she's under the knife. If you got the funds drop in the RR fuel system as well.

At a minumum you need to mod the EGR up-pipe by blocking the "T".

What is the easiest way to delete the EGR is there a procedure anywhere on it. I didnt see anything in the tech folder any help would be appreciated. I had the EGR cooler replaced last year with the radiator cap. I dont think it was bad. I believe it was head gaskets the whole time.
