im workin on gettin the work done to my bronco, the body shops all say they dont want to patch the rear wells because ts gaurenteed to bubble back out, has any1 had just a patch put on or should i do just the panels

If the rusted out fenderwells are cut out and replaced properly you wont have a problem but if they fiberglass them or bondo them it will eventually come back out it s not if but when. You should definatly spend the extra money and have it fixed right the first time.

Had my '93 redone with the replacement panels from JBG about a year ago... it isn't perfect but it cured the cancer with no signs of it coming back.

Just the patch panels to replace the rotting area over the wheels. Guy that did the body work kinda let me down (sides are a bit "rippled") but with the plans I have for the truck it won't matter in the long run.

i had 2 shops tell me its a waste of my time to have a patch put on, buddy of mine told me he can put em on no prob n it will be fine. also the side with the tire rake has a dent, my dad turned to shard hualin a camper with it open... its pretty bad should i find a old f-150 bed for a patch or do that whole panel
