Having own E350 cube vans......

You would need the "Budd" style wheel, which if you can find them......at about $65-80 apiece used, and about $265 for a new rim.

Plus for the front you would need an hub extension for the Budd rim, and change out the lug studs on the hub.

And not sure if your rear lug bolts would be long enough for the special flange lug nuts that are needed for the Budd rims. Plus I know the brake rotors are different from the duel rear wheels to the single rear wheels. The hubs might also need to be changed out

You could run up some $$$'s to make this work, plus as you mentioned, you would need the rear fender extensions.

One other thing to keep in mind. If you do convert your truck, you're actually going to be losing capacity because of the added weight of the conversion components. An SRW truck has a lower rear GAWR and a lower GVWR than a dually. Just a thought.

Swap axles would be easiest. Find someone that wants to do the oppisite of you. I would think the srw axle is more desirable than the drw so u might be able to trade

http://www.arrowcraft.com They have complete kits and I installed one on my 2000 F250 CC. It's outstanding and it still gets a lot of attention.
