which cab style
4 door (supercrew) has the door module behind the rear seat on the back wall of the cab. a little sticker will be on there with a 5 digit code.
do a search for "seat removal" and you'll find a ton of posts on how to get the job done

I bought mine from a dealer and they pulled it for free cause they didnt know it. If you got it from a dealer take it back and say hey what the heck. If you bought it from a private party seller I heard its in the seat like others said. But I was told you have to remove fabric. Dont know if its true though

Mine was on a white card with the manual, etc also. The manual says it's marked on the computer module, which must be what you guys are finding behind the rear seat??

No worries...I should have rephrased my post a little better. I read all the posts and 100% believe it's behind the rear seat. Good information to know.
I just found it odd the manual said "computer module" and left it at that, not telling where it's located. If I didn't know better, sounds like something found under the hood.
