Unhappy 2003 Expetidion

This is a 2003 Expetidion 5.4L. My problem is that the back up light and the header (air blow inside for cool days) doesnt work. I check in past the fuse and it was blow out, so a replace and work for few days. Then again start with the same problem but the fuse is good. Any Ideas?
Thanks

So the back-up lights at the outside rear, and the air conditioning does not work? Or is it just the blower doesn't work(heat or A/C).

Do you remember which fuse blew? The revers lamps are fuse #14, 10 amp.

blower work, but not send hot air. and the fuse is # 14, 15AMP and the description is; climate control blend door actuator, daytime running lamps (DRL) relays, digital transmission range sensor (DTRS) back-up lamp.
