Radius arm bushings are at the end of the long pieces of metal on each side of your truck going from the front axel back on a angle to the frame. They have big bolt like threads on the end with big washer type bushings. You have to either drill out the rivits or air chisel them off, then take the big bracket off, replace the bushing and then bolt the bracket back on with grade 8 bolts. Not a big deal.I am asuming this, thats the way you do them on a f-150.

I've done them a few times on Explorers and I suggest you start early cause they can be time consuming. You may need a fairly long breaker bar to get them loosened. Parts will probably be around $30 plus the screws. I drilled out my rivets but others prefer to use an air chisel. What year is the Ranger?
