I assume you mean the instrument cluster surround. If so, QL is right on, as always.
The black XL or sliver XLT trim pieces pull out, revealing torx screws. Remove them, remove the headlight **** by depressing the spring clip and then carefully pry the surround away. You'll probably break a clip or two.
