is this the right valve....
I want to remove and clean the IAC vlv on my van and I have determined its the small black plastic vlv on the other end of the throttle shaft on the throttle body Is this correct,,, I have a slight skip at idel and high rev. .. I just changed the plugs and the skip is still there ,, I suppose a new set of plug wires is in the making but I want to try this first the engine is a 7.5 8 cyl. 1994 tks Terry

Rebo thks for the come back I finally figured out whch one was the IAC by the process of elemination. I took it off, cleaned checked the continunity , the two pin test and the pin to ground test and all is well .. but I still have a pesky little intermintent skip at idol and rev. Changed the plugs and I hope I never have to do that agn , and the skip is still there I guess the next thing is the plug wires. and if that dont solve the skip I guess its to the local repair shop for diagnosis. any thoughts abt the skip will be appreciated.. tks for the time to send me the picks.
