There really is nothing special about it. The center wheel cover should just pop off with the help of a flat blade screwdriver. There should be a notch for it. The lugs are no different then any other SD.
Just remember when installing to look for the stamped indents (located on the tire bead portion of each wheel) and place them as close to 180 degrees apart as possible while still leaving access for the valve stem for the inner wheel. The inner valve stem needs to be aligned with one of the hand holes of the outer wheel...
Last time I put wheels back on a trailer with tandem duals, there was a roll pin that went into a slot on the lug flange. The wheels could only go on one way. Are DRW pickups not like that?
On my '09 Chassis cab there is no peg that sticks out like there was on my '79, but the hole is still in the rim. The '09 came from the factory with the peg holes for each rim lined up over each other, so that is how I put them back on.
