Usually 1211 code is the pump, wron out, not supplying enough psi.
Typically the IPR O-rings go bad, but rarely the IPR. When the IPR o-rings go, the truck starts hard when hot/warm, but starts up good cold.

the truck starts pretty good either way. the pump was out of a superduty with like 120000 on it. i can even throw the code in my economy tune. The truck really dies out top end. Is there a way to tell if it is the pump or ipr??
