I recently decided that i want to put a set of add a leafs on the front of my 96 f250 to hopefully level her out (and maybe add some 35's this summer ). she sits about 2.5 inches higher in the rear because of an add a leaf and airbags. I was just wondering if anyone has any pics of their trucks with front aal's. and which brands would be the best. I was lookin at front aal's by superlift and skyjacker from summit? plus would i need longer u-bolts, cause they dont say anything about them? thanx for any help in advance!
I'm watching this too because I need to do something with my 92 also. I have 33's on it and the front tires will touch the bumper when turning in reverse. I already trimmed a little off the bumper on the inside to clear going forward.
i put AAL on the front of my 90 f250, i used rough country dont use them it was supposed to raise it 2.5" but it only raised it 2" and 2 months later im back to only a 1" lift. i would order some from skyjacker or superlift or even get some from a local 4x4 shop. also buy or order the biggest camber bushing set you can if youve got the TTB front end. if you put it on yourself it shouldnt need to be re-aligned right away( if you also put the cam set on at the same time) but i would after a few eeks when the springs settle.
