New Exhaust?
How many folks are straight piped / against muffler?I'm going with Magnaflow and was just wandering.All the Dodges/chevys i've heard really sounded GOOD!!!! And was wandering about the powerstroke?

I had several straight piped sport bikes including a v-twin TLR, so I am no stranger to loud exhausts, but when I started my relatively stock truck up with my straight pipe on I was SHOCKED! And nervous because I said to myself "WTF! This thing is loud!" Plus it sounds like a jet engine at idle. The whistle will be loud under acceleration. The rumble will be super loud from 2200 to 2500 rpm. And you will lose some grunt on the low end without a tune. That could just be with a 5" though.
I have my old DPF in an emergency and I got the muffler delete as an add on so the muffler stays in the shed.
