Ohio Ford Farm, you will have no problems as long as you have the 351 intake and oil pan to go with it. 351's and 302's share a lot of the same electronic parts, which make the swap very easy. If you have the speed density system, you can get a mass air conversion kit and use your same computer.

you can get a mass air conversion kit and use your same computer.
Just to clarify, the same computer means the one in the kit, not the factory 302 computer.

If keeping speed density, a 351 computer is needed for correct fueling. A 302 speed density computer won't run a 351 very well, and a 351 speed density computer will not run a 302 very well.

If you buy a fuel injected motor from the bone yard, it comes with the computer, wiring harness, the whole nine yards.
