Save your money and get a real tuner. If you're really wanting something like this, go to Radio Shack and buy a 18k ohm resistor and wire it into the ICP pigtail. This is just a variable version of the old 10k mod that you can do yourself for about $2.00.
It will give you more power by tricking the PCM to increase HPO pressure. It will also cause a rough idle. I've never heard of anyone claiming a 5 mpg increase.
My general rule of thumb, anything that claims a 5 mpg increase is a waste of money.
