Priming fuel filter??
Changing the fuel filter today and my sevice manual does not say anything about priming the new filter.
Do I just start it up and it is self priming?

After you get it changed and the lid put back on, turn the key to the on position (don't start) for 25 seconds until you hear the fuel pump shut off. Do this a couple of times and you're done. The pump will purge the air back into the tank.

Just cycle the key a couple of times with out starting it. When you turn the key on it starts the fuel pump if the engine doesn't start within a certain amount of time 20 secs or so It shuts off, do it twice and should easily fill the filter housing. If you listen you can hear the pump running it's located under the drivers side on the inside of the frame .
