Brake Problem
When I hit my brakes they seem kind of spongy. When I hit them real hard I can hear a little noise, like a whoosh noise, or maybe like air. If I pump the brakes like 3 or 4 times I will get a full pedal and have better braking power. Without pumping them I really have to hit them hard to stop fast.
I have replaced the vacuum pump and master cylinder. Could this be from a leaking caliper or something, or bad booster?

adjust your rear shoes, then try bleeding the whole system. don't crack the lines, to do this use the bleeders. brake fluid picks up moisture, so it's a good idea to keep bleeding. and adding fluid until it comes out clean.
